Users between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) may use certain educational portions of the site with parental or guardian consent. You agree to update information when it changes. We may decline or cancel requests that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with clinical appropriateness screening.

A representative or clinic staff member will confirm, reschedule, or decline based on provider calendars and clinical triage. The Services may link to external websites, social platforms, or provider portals. ProtectingFun does not control third-party content and is not responsible for their policies or practices. Affiliated clinicians are independent contractors or employees of partner organizations; their clinical decisions are their own responsibility.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable consumer protection rules in your region.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
